In addition to our numerous certifications we take pride in our top of the line equiptment, which includes the Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine, used to precisely capture data on parts that are machined on-site.  At least 1 piece of all product that is produced at Excel is checked on the CMM to confirm our CNC machining accuracy and that our customers receive parts that are to specification.

 

We use GAGEpack software provided by PQ Systems, a complete calibration management system that we use in house.  It allows us to track each gage that is in the facility and keep traceability and precise calibration records.  Some of the benefits from utilizing this software are gage calibration scheduling,  automated alerts for upcoming/past due gages, barcoding, reports, summary dashboard for all gaging, and much more.
